While Elvis Presley had the whole package to become one of entertainments giant stars, the Everly Brothers brought a quality of sound that was unmatched in early rock and roll. Along with Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis and Buddy Holly they had a sound that was unmistakable. Their most famous songs were the best of the late 50's. "Wake Up Little Susie," "All I Have to Do Is Dream," "Bye Bye Love," "Cathy’s Clown," and "When Will I Be Loved" were some of the best loved songs of the era. If you wanted to dance fast, there was a lessor known, but equally great song called "Claudette".
